Možda ti je profil oštećen?

U Windows Run-u ukucaj: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -profilemanager

I tamo napravi novi profil, a stari obriši.

Imaj na umu da sa brisanjem profila brišeš bookmarkse/passworde/history...
