Microsoft Mathematics (formerly Microsoft Math) is an application that allows students or users to tackle mathematical and science problems quickly and easily.

Now Microsoft is providing its $20 worth application for free, now Microsoft Mathematics 4.0 is now available as a free download.

Microsoft Mathematics includes a full-featured graphing calculator that’s designed to work just like a handheld calculator. Additional math tools help you evaluate triangles, convert from one system of units to another, and solve systems of equations.

Microsoft Mathematics provides following functions :

• Computing standard mathematical functions such as roots and logarithms
• Solving equations and inequalities.
• Solving triangles.

KompoZer - Kompozer is an open source web development tool built on NVU. The project strives to fix bugs in the NVU project and added new features to it. Both the HTML editor as well as the CSS editor has so far be fixed and updated as part of the Kompozer project - and many more changes are scheduled. And one of the most important features is still that editing take place in WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) mode allowing you full control of layout as you work with your web design.
