Well, I bought the G5 mouse from a local shop, I ordered it over the phone, 2 days later a guy came, I payed and that was it.
I opened the package and realized that the Grip was damaged (my friend has the same G5, and it didn't had that, I don't know even how to call it, I think appropriate name is scratches, many of them).
Day after that I contacted the shop I bought it in, and they said I should contact You.
