Kao što rekoh, za to služe ekspanzije, a ne DLC-ovi. Treba vremena i truda za balans koje bi nove jedinice donjele, a to se ne da kvalitetno napraviti sa DLC-om. Ovo fino dođe da se osvježi gameplay, da se privuku novi kupci dok ne dođe ekspanzija. Meni je igra već malo dosadila, tako da je svako osvježenje dobro došlo.

Prema definiciji mogu i u DLC-ovima ponuditi nove jedinice, ali to u principu ne rade, jer bi onda dio ekipe koji ne igra DoW2 online bio uskraćen tog užitka. Bilo kako bilo, ovaj survival mod koji će doći u novom updateu zvuči skroz zanimljivo. Sumnjam da ću ga igrati s obzirom da nisam baš fan DoW2, ali u svakom slučaju ću ga bar malo pogledati. Iako mi je isprva bilo žao što DoW nema onaj klasičan recept sad mislim da je ovo pravac u kojem treba ići :)
Originalnost pokazuju samo s tim novim modom igranja - s druge strane EA se sramoti s jadnim pokušajem primjene tog recepta na C&C, hehe.
Je li po vama ovaj DoW 2 bolji od Soulstorma. Nekako mi se ne sviđa što možeš imat samo jednu zgradu iz koje sve radiš. I još imaju samo 2 rase.
Mislim skidati slijedeći mjesec i pogledati je malo dal se isplati kupiti, a budući da mi je promet ograničen nebih ga bezveze trošio pogotovo jer već imam Soulstorm.

Kako netko može biti uskraćen za nešto ako to ne koristi, a u ovom slučaju igra? Na kraju krajeva nove jedinice možeš vidjeti u skirmishu i igrati protiv kompa. Ako misliš na pirate, pa tko ih hebe što nisu kupili igru, pa neće valjda devolperi misliti na kradljivce i njihove potrebe? Pored toga, ne uvode se nove jedinice u DLC-ove zato jer postoji ekipa koja ne igra online(pirati, igrati možeš i skirmish), nego zato jer bi to bi vrag za balansirati u sadržaju koji je težak 400-500 MB, a igra ima 4 GB (zadnji patch ima negdje 350 MB). Originalnost su pokazali u svemu, pa zato ih na kraju krajeva i EA pokušava kopirait, ne kopiraš nešto što se koristi već skoro dvadeset godina (klasičan RTS).

Joj kako volis ovu temu :P Sad sam kupio uber novu graficku i mogao bi je probati. Kad sam cuo da izlazi, i vidio prvi gameplay bio sam zaljubljen, ali onda sam se presta zanimat za tu igru. Vidit cemo pa sta bude.
"Elfovi" nisu najjači, balans igre je na pravom putu (treba ga doraditi, jer nije savršen), ali "Elfovi" nisu najjači. Svemirski marinci doduše imaju problema sa melee jedinicama (od svih rasa), ali ako preživiš prvih deset minuta igre na konju si. Iz nekog razloga Relic je nabio power cost devastatorima koji su najbolja odbrana od ranog melee rusha. Uglavnom, ja ti igram 3v3 pa ti ne mogu objektivno govoriti o pojedinačnim jakostima i slabostima rasa, jer se to najbolje vidi u 1v1. Igra se je sa zakrpama dosta promjenila od prve bete, ali što se balansa tiče jako je blizu originalnoj beti, koja je bila jako dobro balansirana. Uglavnom, u desetom mjesecu stiže Last Stand i poveća zakrpa, i poprilično sam siguran da će Relic nešto poduzeti glede ranog melee rusha protiv svemirski marinaca.
