Nikad nisam shvaćao zašto se neuspjeh na visokim granama nagrađuje. Definitivno u ugovor menadžerima ne bih stavio da će po odlasku uzeti milijune.
Da je nešto napravila i odlučuila napustiti Yahoo to bi bilo uredu, ali ovako.....
Znaci neki manager trazi ko uvijet u slucaju otkaza otpremninu a na tebi je da potpises ili ne. Oni su se nadali uspjehu ali je zena failala no ona se osigurala klauzulom u ugovoru koja ako dobije otkaz osigurava pozamasnu otpremninu.
Trebali su slozit takav ugovor da ako firma ide u k da onda nema pravo na otpremninu ali ko bude mislio tako daleko.

ne možeš reći da baš ništa nije učinila: sebe je više nego dobro uhljebila a firmi je načinila pozamašnu štetu. to nazivamo "hrvatskim poslovno-menadžerskim modelom" i vidi se da, kao franšiza, izvrsno funkcionira diljem svijeta.

Kad se samo sjetim hvalospjeva o preporodu Yahooa sa njom na čelu. Razišao se oblak i ostala je pustoš.
Ali place i bonusi su i dalje suludi.
Dvije žene na čelu mega kompanije.
Kompanija propadne.

S tolikim otpremninama njoj je cak u interesu da radi loše svoj posao i da joj uruce otkaz.
