If you want to change any of the following commands, just look for the following letters in the key mapping sub-menu( these are the ones I changed.)
Default keys:
Toggle Gear = G
Wheel Brake = B
Toggle Airbrake = A
Increase Throttle = Num +
Decrease Throttle = Num -
Toggle Engine = E
Fire Guns = C
Drop Bomb = D
Toggle View = V
this is the devices sub-menu. (what it should look like in English).

I have only changed these four, the setup I used for my joystick is:
Ailerons Axis (No invert)
Elevator Axis (Invert)
Rudder Axis (No invert)
Throttle Axis (Invert)
I hope this helps at least one person lol. The game is practically playable if you can assign the basic keys and controls. Hopefully a English crack will be out soon. :P
