Danas me neki rus probao prevariti... Nakon kaj mi je zavrsio giveaway, poslao mi je poruku da key ne radi, na kaj prvo pomislim kak ne ako je s legitimne stranice, ne vjerujem da bi mi poslali nevazeci key. Cim sam otvorio njegov profil, vidim da ima 0 dobivenih i da je moj giveaway, naravno, osvojio netko drugi... Poslao adminu mail da ga baniraju, ali za ubuduce, ako netko dobi ovakvu poruku, neka dobro provjeri a ne da posalje key nekom scammeru...

Probo sam ih negdje 5 i nije htjeo ni jedan. Pa mi se nije dalo vise pogadat.

Friends, as you know, unfortunately Steam doesn’t like us and because of that our site is at somewhat frozen state.

At the moment all our efforts towards a positive dialogue with Steam have failed. Seems that they just don’t care and nobody

at Valve wish to at least unban all those gifts that were submitted by our users for giveaways and the Christmas Event.

Steam official response is simple and insulting: we’re the bad guys; we dedicate all our time to purposely avoid regional restrictions

and thus we will have all our future accounts banned on sight. Instead of fixing their ridiculous region lock system they’ve decided to ban everything.

You know what’s the most funny thing is? They’ve banned our Christmas Event account for avoiding their regional restrictions.

We never sent anything from this account because the event just started. So yeah, we avoided something by not sending anything. Steam cannot into reason.

To sum all above – all that we’ve been working extremely hard for the last year and a half were destroyed in a blink of an eye by one corporation.

We’ve created the best automated giveaways service, we survived without massive ads, we were doing fine only because of our 100%

voluntarily monetary system. This system allowed us to constantly work on GameMiner making it better each day.

Our servers cost more than 7000$ a year. And that’s not all, we have to pay several external services, that allow us to maintain stable work under a very high load.

You can see for yourself that GameMiner is a very expensive site that we won’t be able to support.

Of course we will continue to make somewhat productive dialogue with Steam. We will try to unban all your gifts. But GameMiner itself is at a brink of death at the moment.

So right now we encourage you to use comments. Tell us if you need GameMiner or not. Should we make some changes so this site could survive or not. For example we can leave automated key giveaways and implement gift giveaway system similar to SteamGifts.

Of course all our plans like global re-design update are postponed due to financial reasons. First we have to know your opinion.
We’ve got some ideas; we don’t want to give up. Maybe we’ll have to make something a bit different of GameMiner. Speak up.

Hello, friends. Finally we have some kind of a vision of GameMiner's future.

First of all thank you for all your support, it really mattered.
All this time we we're trying our best to reason with steam and unban all the gifts that were sent for giveaways and the event. Unfortunately it happens that steam employees are nothing but a bunch of degenerate monkeys, with no intention to at least learn their SSA. However we won't give up easily. We will continue our attempts to unban all the stuff.

Right now we made a huge update for our automated delivery system in order to minimize the risk of losing your gifts to steam stupid decisions. Our new decentralized system will no longer store your gifts. Instead of it we will accept your gifts right after a giveaway ends and instantly move it to a giveaway winner. You still won't have to worry about anything once you create a giveaway, our system will automatically take care of everything.

If it is unable to accept your gifts, you'll receive a private message once your giveaway ends and you'll be asked to send it again. We believe that this elegant solution will help us to rebuild GameMiner.

In the next few days we will release a ticket system that will allow us to assist you with all your problems. We know that we were unable to assist you in the past month, but we will fix it. The tech support forum will be closed and all your problems will be dealt with in one place instead of several like private messages, feedback email and so on.

Moving on. We will try to find money to keep our fast expensive servers and we'll do something about that big re-design update. Hope we'll make it and GameMiner will be once again on the top.
