preimenujte instalaciju (alcohol.blablabla.exe u bilo sto samo da ne sadrzava rjec "alcohol") i nakon toga otidite u instalacijski folder i tamo preimenujte alcohol.exe u bilo sto (kod mene je alchol.exe) i sve radi uredno.

restart loop se ocito nije dogodio nikome osim tebi. postupak je jednostavan, opisan na linku par postova gore. jedini problem je sto se mora preimenovati exe fajl.
