OS je Win XP Pro SP3.Na netu sam naletio na neka rješenja ali me kopka zbog čega dolazi do ove greške jer postoji mogućnost da je u pitanju čak i adware.
There isnt really a fix for this error, it seems to be an undocumented error in Windows XP SP2 but there is a way to avoid it. Simply dont press User Accounts many times. If you press it 3 times or more it will occur.
What to do if you are still getting errors
If you are still getting errors even after disabling them in IE, then it is possible that you have some adware installed and you will need some adware removal software such as Ad-Aware Personal.
