Ne znam što ti podrazumijevaš pod direktno skidanje tema ali iste možeš iz Minta instalirati već odavno. Nemoj odamh krenuti sa izmjenama i prilagođavanjima, prvo se navikni na sustav shvati kako funkcionira i onda prilagođavaj.

Ili možeš i prije pokretanja otići pod settings i install codecs,ako si na internetu.
Možeš i downloadirat paket za sustave koji nisu na internetu:

edit: + pogrešno je reči da je to linux phone.. nije, tj samo kernel, najjednostavnije usporediti, ni jedna lin app ne radi na androidu, ni jedna android app ne radi na linuxu (distri). Linux OS je distra, platforma, android je platforma. Kernel je samo jedna cigla (cijele građevine). Baziran na linux kernelu, kao što je sve na nekom kernelu, poteklo od *nixa.
Kernel je sam za sebe ništa, kao što je BIOS MBO ništa.. ili firmware ili .. :)
i zato se koristi naziv GNU/Linux (zapravo se ne koristi) :)
ili GNU not unix .. ili wine koji nije emulator (to mi nikad neće biti jasno, rekurzija..) :))
Samo kad promijenis temu, moras i kontorle npr. staviti na Mint Y i ikone. Malo blesavo. Na Mate desktopu s promijenom teme sve se skupa mijenja. Evo kako izgleda Mint Y tema sa svim
Ta Arc tema i Moka ikone izgledaju odlicno. Iako je jos u razvoju pa nije defaultna, npr. folderi u boji itd.Decki pomoc. - lagana distra nema veze s requiremensima modernog korisnika, ostavi OSX.. mijenjati jedan *nix za drugi je beskorisno (npr pogledaj postotak juzera dualboota te kombinacije.. uvjek je u toj igri windows..). Ili browser i yt pa tad zaključi što je lagana distra. (npr kde danas na odgovarajućem HWu ima prednost).
- danas tablet-mob imaju 1-2GB .. to je osnovni kriterij. OS je najsporedniji, bitno da je supportan-održavan i da radi, što eliminira npr XP. .. i karikirano eliminira DOS pa i neke od predinstaliranih listri bez ičega.. osim crnog terminala. (ali je daleko lakša distra, kad bi to bio koristan kriterij).
-nitko od MACa ne radi vulgaris PCja.. radi se obrnuto.

Trebam pomoć nekog iskusnijeg. Naime na LM a isto je i na Ubuntu-u prilikom odjave pojavljuje se poruka gdje se spominje amd gpu. Ista stvar se događa ponekad prilikom restarta ili bootanja. Evo dmesg log pa bi molio nekog da prouči i ako zna kaj ovim errori s amd gpu znace i kak ih rjesiti

Kolko sam skuzio sve funkcionira. Znaci ne trebam brinuti
Instalirao Elementary Freyu da probam ponvno, dosta komplikacija oko boot loadera, također dosta komplikacija oko instalacije steama jer mi je davalo neku grešku ali uspio sam riješiti sve na kraju. Radi kod med sada, kodi, vlc i zanimljivo neke igre sa steama imaju više FPS nego na Windowsu, neke manje.

Jučer instaliram Peppermint OS 7, na prvi dojam me oduševilo, radi odlično kad sutra zasivljena ikona za gašenje kompjutera i komp jedino mogu ugasiti komandom sudo shutdown
Zašto se to dogodilo nemam pojma ako može netko da objasni kako rješiti bio bih jako zahvalan

Idući puta možeš izbaciti redove samo s riječi error preko regular expressions da bugovci ne moraju po još diskova u trgovinu:
dmesg | grep -i error
'-i' je da ignorira razlike malih i velikih slova, '|' (pipe) izlaz jedne komande daje ulaz drugoj i onda 'grep' filtrira redove samo s riječju error

Trebam pomoć nekog iskusnijeg. Naime na LM a isto je i na Ubuntu-u prilikom odjave pojavljuje se poruka gdje se spominje amd gpu. Ista stvar se događa ponekad prilikom restarta ili bootanja. Evo dmesg log pa bi molio nekog da prouči i ako zna kaj ovim errori s amd gpu znace i kak ih rjesiti

Instalirao sam na Mintu "xbacklight" komandom 'sudo apt-get install xbacklight',posle tog sam upisao 'xgamma -gamma 0.8' i time smanjio gammu onoliko koliko meni odgovara.E sad bi ja htio da mi se to podesavanje sacuva i pokrene svaki put sa sistemom,da ne moram uvijek kucat to 'xgamma -gamma 0.8'.Ono sto sam ja nasao na internetu je da moram napravit skriptu koja bi se pokretala sa sistemom,ja to nisam nikad radio pa ako moze neko objasnit :)

Codemonkey.. ni njemu lako dresirati ih :)) ... btw nisam siguran u sintaxu piše li se njemu ili Njemu? (rekurzivno..)

Formatiranje koda je neovisno o operativnom sustavu i ideologiji.
Barem danas nije problem natjerati neki normalan IDE da ispravno formatira kod, po predlošku koji mu zadaš.

1. To je zapravo jedna od većih prednosti , svatko može pristupiti KODU , modificirati do beskraja , izvući najbolje ... , naivno je vjerovati kako svaki fork postaje dio službenog update-a , naravno da u krajnji proizvod ide ono najbolje.

Formatiranje koda je neovisno o operativnom sustavu i ideologiji.
Barem danas nije problem natjerati neki normalan IDE da ispravno formatira kod, po predlošku koji mu zadaš.
Pa u tome je poanta - može se, nije problem ali se ekipa ne drži toga.

1. Nitko nije rekao da to nevalja... Samo da dovodi do situacija kad bez potrebe imaš 6 alata za jednu stvar i nijedan ju ne radi kako treba - što nije bolje da postoji 1 ili eventualno 2 koji rade kako treba? Koja je točno svrha tri različita package managera?
2. Može svatko pridonijeti ali nek se dogovore kako će pridonositi
3. Malo karikiranja... Ali nije daleko od istine. Nisu samo komentari problem, ima tu svačeg.
4. Opet se vraćamo na 1 i moje pitanje zašto postoji 6 half-assed alata kad bi moglo biti samo 2 ispravna? Ne bi vjerovao ali radim i ja sa linuxom - razvoj, 2x rpi, routeri, svašta nešto...
