da ti nije dugme riknulo za paljenje? Tako je meni bilo pc mrtav hladan sve komponente istestirane dalje sve 100% ispravno,probao s drugim dugmetom radi ko bog.

Dali je spojen od one ATX 12, bez njega neće radit.

Mogući greška u napajanju ali bi trebao još malo testirat još dva drukčija tipa napajanje a ako ova dva pokazuje OK a ak prvi ovaj nije (hoće-neće palit) značilo bi da će neko vrijeme doć kvar i otići vječna lovišta. Bolje testiraj da budeš siguran.

Izgleda da nema puno pomoći osim zamjene ploče, što je većina korisnika s ovim problemom napravila - našao sam slijedeće:

ADDED INFO: my mobo is Asus M3A32-MVP DELUXE.. just fyi.. (...) What I just did, was I took the 12v/8pin out of the mobo and I just tried to turn the pc on AND EVERYTHING TURNED ON!! but i quickly shut it off because the 8pin was unplugged and I didnt want to dmg anything.. but when I plugged it back into the (top left area of the mobo) mobo it wouldn't turn on. Please don't tell me my mobo is dead... I've never come across this type of thing.

Ugh, I googled my issue, and someone had a similar issue with the pc not booting with 8pin plugged in and it turned out his mobo was "burnt".. which I'm assuming dead. I'm hoping mine is not because it's just such a pain in the butt to replace a mobo. Just an FYI, every fan, light and HD runs with the 8pin plug UNPLUGGED but when it's plugged in, it will not turn on at all. I guess I can hope for the best and try reseating everything AGAIN ..."hey sweetheart, i know what i want for christmas now".. lol my wife will read this because i'm using her laptop atm  also, I don't hear any beeping but I don't remember ever hearing beeping but some website I was reading said you NEED a pc speaker because it could be causing your pc to not boot....???

I've googled it and saw that many people ran into the same problem but with no fix. They all ended up RMA mobo or just buying a new one.

Nazvao je ASUSovu tehničku podršku, koji su mu rekli da je problem u Windowsima (uopće nije spomenuo koji OS ima) i da se javi Microsoftu - biser je izjava ASUSova tehnička podrška ne pruža podršku kod hardverskih problema :) :

I just called the Asus tech support and got some guy who I could barely understand and after I told him what my problem is, he gave me a 1800# to call Microsoft... ?!?!??!!? I'm like, why do I need to call Microsoft? "Tech: Because it is a software issue and that is the type of operating system you have." I didn't even MENTION a word of what type of OS I had, so I then said; what are you talking about? This is not a software issue it's a hardware issue, isn't this Asus tech support...? "Tech: Yes, but we do not support hardware issues." .... honestly...? So I told him to get a new job and hung up, I then googled "asus tech support sucks" and shockingly there were TONS of hits! lol! 

Na kraju je nazvao i dobio nekoga tko shvaća u čemu je problem, poslali su mu upute putem kojih može ostvariti zamjenu ploče (RMA), te je dobio novu ploču:

But after awhile I finally found a new 1888# which I called and got someone whom I could understand but after I told him what my issue was AND what I had done thus far to try and fix this problem, he goes "hrm.... welp, sounds like you already did all the troubleshooting, here's your case # we'll e-mail you instructions to RMA your MB." k thx goodbye "Tech: Likewise, buhbye."

Nažalost, izgleda da je rješenje rad sa isključenim 8 pinskim konektorom za napajanje procesora (što uglavnom nije preporučljivo) ili zamjena ploče.

EDIT: Za p5gd2 deluxe sam našao slijedeće, sličan problem:

I tried to install 2 new 1GB DIMMS and when I tried to turn the computer back on (after plugging the power and the on/off switcher back on) the motherboard LED started blinking and the computer wont turn on. I tried everything I can remember and nothing has worked so far... Any ideas? Anyone knows what the blinking LED means (it's not on the manual)

The SB_PWR1 LED indicates the state of the 5vdc standby power curcuit...   Blinking usually indicates an overcurrent...  the power bus comes on, the current draw is too high, the bus shuts down and then tries again.. over and over.  This problem can be caused by a short between the mainboard and the case, can be due to some shorting issue among wiring or components on the board or can be a problem in the power supply itself.  Without steady standby power, the  system can not start. Exactly what could have happened is hard to know... although the main 24wire power connector is very near the memory slots...  that is where the +5vdc standby power is delivered.  Maybe reseating that main power connector would help.  If not, swap in a different power supply..  But if that doesn't solve things, you could have some damage to the board somewhere...  Maybe try rebuilding the system frem scratch would locate the issue....

The blinking LED problem on p5gd2 deluxe motherboard is definitively related with Power Supply. I bought a new power supply and everything began working normally. For any other problem related with p5gd2 deluxe motherboard connect the speakers to rear panel connection. The POST (Power ON Self.Test) will tell you what is the problem (section 3.3 of motherboard manual)

Dakle, problem riješen novim napajanjem.

Svi kondezatori su OK, nema nikakvih vidljivih oštećenja na matičnoj,,,sutra sam se dogovorio sa frendom za napajanje pa ćemo vidjeti jel do napajanja,,,ako nije onda matična ide na prženje, možda je neki vodič prekinut ili ima slab spoj
