kathy kaze kako je ovo bio 'eben week za njih i da se u sledecem nadamo velikim stvarima,..lol nema stvari koja mene vise moze usrecit...isto tako kaze kako oni sto po pravilu nisu trebali biti u zadnjem redemu a jesu nece dobiti nagradu...pA mislim jadni su sta ih pustaju onda samo da pokupe nagrade a nece ih dobit, samo da mi ostali sto manje sance imAmo za redeemAnje... ZASRALI SU SKROZ NA SKROZ..

BACKORDERED ITEMS/INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS

All international members can still use their PTZ for PTZ Place redemptions and
24/7 auctions, however, starting on Friday, February 25, 2011, all non-US
winners of Redemptions, 24/7 and contests will receive the cash equivalent of
their redeemed item through either PayPal or AlertPay electronic payment
systems. We are no longer shipping any physical prizes outside the U.S. Please
refer to http://blog.lockerz.com/?p=8691 for our new Shipping FAQ.

The first batch of emails offering PayPal or AlertPay were sent with a typo in
the return email address - the correct email address is redemption@lockerz.com
- please make sure your email is sent to that address and not redemptions as
originally typed.

We are also trying to clear up any previously redeemed backordered items. If
you've been waiting on a prize from prior to February, please look for an email
in the coming days offering you either a PayPal or AlertPay substitute. Follow
those specific instructions to claim your prize.

PayPal deposits will be sent to the email tied to your Lockerz account. You
will receive an email stating that we have sent funds to you. We understand
that some members might have a PayPal account that is not the same as their
Lockerz email. If this applies to you, you should be able to link your Lockerz
email address to that account at
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-email .

Under no circumstances can we send PayPal money to an email address that
differs from your Lockerz account.

JANUARY REDEMPTIONS

All January redemptions have been run through fraud screening and confirmations
have been sent. Most prizes have shipped although there may still be some
prizes from the end of January that haven't shipped yet.

We've had some technical problems sending redeemed Decalz that our tech team
are looking into. Once your Decalz are sent, make sure you click on "My
Locker", and then SHOP on the side panel, and you should see your decals and
decide which ones to add to your profile. To activate them, simply go to your
locker menu and click "+" on all the Decalz you'd like to activate. Please let
us know if you still haven't received your Decalz ten days from now.

FEBRUARY REDEMPTIONS

All February redemptions have been run through fraud screening and
confirmations have been sent. These prizes are still being shipped out as we
speak. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your prize ships from our
warehouse. If a tracking number is available, this confirmation will also
include that tracking number.

If you haven't received a confirmation, it doesn't necessarily mean that you
were canceled out. Just hit me back here and I'll look you up in the database.
Emails can sometimes get misread by email servers as Spam or Junk mail.

MARCH REDEMPTIONS

These are still being run through fraud screening. Members should receive
confirmations within the next 7-10 business days.

UPCOMING REDEMPTIONS

We've just concluded our 5x Redemption on Friday. There were some technical
issues during these redemptions mostly due to botting attempts that had to be
diffused. The botting will not be tolerated and we are banning anyone caught
using scripts or bots.

If you were unable to access PTZ Place when the redemption was live, and you
qualified for that redemption, please email support@lockerz.com with the
subject header "Couldn't access PTZ Place."

The next redemption hasn't been announced yet but please keep your eye on the
Hallway, Facebook, and Twitter to learn more about upcoming PTZ Place
redemptions, 24/7 auctions, and deals at our SHOP boutiques.

We rarely announce the redemption date and time in advance, so check back often
to find out when PTZ Place is live with a redemption.

Prizes at PTZ Place will say "More Soon" until we restock. Prizes rotate from
redemption to redemption. If there is anything you'd like to see at PTZ Place,
email your suggestion to newprizes@lockerz.com

If you are denied access to the redemption, or you continue getting the "More
Soon" page while the redemption is live, and you meet all eligibility
requirements to redeem, be sure to clear your browser's cookies and cache and
try logging in again to PTZ Place.

Don't forget that there are two other ways to use your PTZ at Lockerz besides
the PTZ Place Redemptions! You can use your PTZ at 24/7 auctions and for
discounts on SHOP purchases. Your PTZ are good for one year from the date
earned. Unused PTZ are gradually deducted. They are never reset to 0. For
example, any unused PTZ you earned in April of 2010 will fall off at the end of
April 2011.

In the meantime, we are continuing to work on ways to improve the redemption
and auctions for a better member experience!

nervira me to..koji ce mi k*** paypal balance ako nemogu to trosit  prije nego sto ode na karticu...moj account je unverificed i kad stisnem get verificed on mi izbaci koju karticu da uzmem visa, master, american exprs...pokusat cu s amexom iako pise da moze iskljucio visa koju nemam! ako moze amex nema problema sacekat cu 1.4. neg mi se prebace na karticu pare!
