Pogledaj u Event Vieweru što uzrokuje taj error. Klikni na Start -> Run -> upiši "eventvwr". Iz svake vrste (Application, Security, System...) napiši ovdje prva 3 errora - samo Source i Event ID.

Sad još iz svake kategorije napiši Source i Event ID samo od prva dva errora.

U aplikacijama je apnset greska,a ostalo je u systemu,a ovaj DCOM je error jedan za drugim

Klikni na Start -> Run -> upiši "regedit". Zatim redom klikni na slijedeće foldere: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE. S desne strane pronađi ključ pod imenom EnableDCOM i njegovu vrijednost promijeni na N.

Imaš zadnji DirectX instaliran?
Skeniraj Malwarebytesom u slučaju da imaš virusa.

poslednji instaliran,proverio sam i malwarebotm i antivirusima svima,imam i nod4 i on nista nije nasao,sve cisto

Pokreni Checkdisk da vidimo ima li errora: My Computer -> desni klik na C disk i Properties -> kartica Tools -> Check Now -> označi obje opcije, klikni na Start i zatim na Yes.

Imaš li zadnji Service pack? Ako nemaš, instaliraj ga; možda pomogne.
Koliko imaš slobodnog prostora na hardu? Trebao bi imati najmanje 500 MB.
Možeš i pokrenuti Disk Defragmenter da malo posložiš stvari na disku.
Pogledaj u Device Manageru pored svakog uređaja da li je nekakav znak prisutan (npr. uskličnik, crveni X, strelica prema dolje). Ako je, napiši koji i pored koje komponente.
Kolike su ti temperature? Da li se pregrijava?
