Ps3 hacked to run “backup” games!

  Sigurno nisu lansirali stick, a da prilikom programiranja PIC-a nisu postavili bit za zaštitu od čitanja programa. Nisam upućen da li je moguće tako zaštićen PIC pročitati ikakvim alatima, a ako nije, onda je jedina opcija presretanje USB komunikacije i rekonstrukcija programa na osnovu tih podataka.

Hehe. Sad nam trebaju hakeri da hakiraju stick za hakiranje ps3. 

P.S. - stick= 120€ = 850kn + HDD(320gb) 500kn = 1350kn sto je cijena jedno 4-5 igrica za ps3 sto znaci da je opet jeftinije nego kupovati nove igre.

imaju jig filove koji su na tome sticku

mislim da ti se za ps2 jos rade igre(najvise zbog wii-a )

a rekli su da ce ps3 imat podrsku najmanje do 2016.

da tak je i sony rekao 

tj rekao je da ce oni ponovo zadnji doc sa novom konzolom,a izgleda da ce nintendo prvi

ma nema ti tu nikakvog odmjeravanja obje konzole(firme) samo se interesiraju da grabe novac .... 

Evo sta kaze sony

Earlier we reported both OzMods and Quantronics are being sued by Sony. The retailers have both issued statements regarding the legal ordeal they are facing. It seems not only are the sites required to stop selling the chips, they are also supposed to give all of their PSJailbreak inventory to Sony. Luckily for OzMods they have not received their inventory yet, and even sent their sample to a homebrew dev. OzMods stated “While many people that have received their sample and sent it off to cloners….we sent ours to a well known homebrew developer. The developer we picked showed us various homebrew applications that he had already developed for ps3 dev units, that he wants to port over to retail units. Yes, PS3 homebrew is real and will start flowing through at a steady rate as soon as next week.”

It also appears these sites are not yet issuing refunds, like we originally reported. OzMods asks that their customers bare with them until August 31, the day of the court hearing. If the injunction remains in place then the retailers will issue full refunds and no longer offer the chip for sale. If the injunction is removed the retailers will ship out orders as planned without any delay. Ozmods and Quantronics full reactions after the jump:

“28/08/2010 – Hello Everyone. On Friday the 27/08/2010 we where given some documents from the Lawyers representing Sony. The documents are Federal Court orders for a temporary injunction.

The Injunction states that from 24 hours of receiving the documents to the 31st of August OzModChips, Quantronics, Modsupplier and anyone else in Australia:

* Give up all stock in our possession, including our sample

These are from the Federal Court of Australia.

All 3 Australian stores we appear in court in some form on the 31st of August. On the 31st the court will decide if there will be a continuation of the “ban” or if we are allowed to sell them.

Our views are the same as Quantronics who posted this info here. This is not OzModChips Vs Sony. This is not OzModChips, Quantronics, Modsupplier Vs Sony. We would go as far as saying that is not even everyone in Australia Vs Sony. This will effect everyone that plans to buy such a device world wide. It already sets a dangerous precedent. Everyone that was using OtherOS, everyone that has had a faulty PS3 laser….and those interested in PS3 custom firmware and homebrew applications. We cannot do it alone, we need the support of everyone the homebrew community, the media, engineers that understand the inner workings and anyone else that can provide support.

Regarding orders:

If the injunction becomes permanent we will refund everyone that has ordered from us. If it doesn’t then we will send all orders as originally planned. There will be no delay to the planned shipping date. We would ask everyone to wait until then. We have the money sitting in our account which will cover 100% refunds for everyone if that needs to happen. We kindly ask everyone to just hold off until the 31st, as we need all the time we can to prepare.

Quantronics made its statement via psx-scene:

“The order is for a continuation of the current emergency injunction that was granted yesterday.

The injunction is baseless, and is very unlikely that it will be continued or become permanent.

This makes absolutely no difference to those that have pre-orders as none of us will be receiving stock until the end of the week/next week anyway.

OMC, Modsupplier and myself are all close friends, share lawyers and have sought senior counsel for this matter.

We started in this industry as kids with a thought towards changing the countries views on copyright law, fair use and freedom.

TO THIS DAY, we stand for the same beliefs, values and will at ANY COST fight for what we believe in, the rights we should have and in a david vs goliath battle, we will give it our best.

Obviously now that the information is out, you will receive information straight from the horses mouth, as it were, and will know that we are the same as when we started, in my case 1998, someone who believes in the right to freedom.”

da to su i oni sami rekli vec prije sonyeve tuzbe da ne rade nista ilegalno isto su tako i odbijali pomoc nekome tko je trazio ilegalne stvari,ali opet nzn kak ce se zavrsiti zbog toga jer je moguce da su filovi na tom sticku ilegalni tj ukradeni sonyu ali sam opet neki dan procito da to nije istina i da to nema veze s orginal sonyevim filovima pa camo vidjet

samo će ti trebati originalna igra da je možeš pohraniti na hd i hrpa praznog prostora na istom !

Ja vjerujem da ce ovo zazivit ....da sony nece moc nista,oni su bespomocni..novi update ce uviek bit ponisten novim crackom ili tako nes a ako se mod moze nadogradivat zajedno sa ps-om nece bit problema...samo da to sto prije dode u HRV...i bit ce super jer igre necemo morat stavaljat na dvde nego cemo moc igrat sa prienosnih HDD-a...napokon se naso neko pametan...sta je radio sve 4 godine :)

Nebi baš rekel, računajmo da je cijena jedne igre 300 kn, ovaj "mod" košta 900? kn, za 900 kn kupiš 3 igre, dosade ti za 2 mjeseca i dalje se mozes lagano,a ako kupiš mod, igraš 10 igara za 900 kn. 

I još hard barem 500 kn. Playstation je skup i ja ga nebih baš modao sa takvim stvarima. Kao što je Armor rekao: Mali, ali slatki originali

A pod blokiranjem USB-a nisam mislio da ga u potpunosti blokiraju. Ostave pristup samo "ovlaštenima" i punjenje joysticka...

Hmm, interesantno; ali ne bih to sastavljao sam.

Štoviše ne bih ništa ilegalno stavljao na PS3, jedino što bi bilo OK imati je bolji Media Player (tj. podržani formati koje prihvaća, kao i SRT, SUB...).

Znam da Sony to ne želi implementirati zbog upitne legalnosti takvih sadržaja, ali je stvarno šteta gubiti vrijeme na prekodiravanje (kada je to potrebno...). Štoviše da Sony izda takav legalni player koji bi se mogao instalirati na konzolu, dao bih nekih 30-40€ za to.

Što se tiče kopija igara na HDD, nije loše izvedeno, po meni - ali ako će počet banat konzole zbog toga (tj. zbog Backup Manager-a kojeg Sony može pronać na konzoli), hvala, ne bih...

gdje bi se u hrvatskoj mogao kupiti taj usb development board?
