Ovo je stvarno nevjerovatno.
Imam problem sa Battlefield-om 3 već 3 dana , i po cijele dane kontaktiram EA Customer Support i nitko mi do sada nije uspio pomoći. (( Jadno je to što u ova 3 dana kontaktiranja EA supporta, samo su bila dva lika koja su se istinski potrudila da riješimo problem))
 Ovo je chat na kojem sam bio malo prije.
( Ispričavam se na lošem znanju Engleskog jezika)
Pa vi recite, je li ovo normalno? ( Cijeli razgovor je trajao 3 sata zato što je ovom Arun-u trebalo hebenih 30 minuta da odgovori na jedno pitanje -.-

you:Hi. I have problem with Battlefield 3.
you:My Battlefield 3 freeze like 5-10-20 minutes of playing it, and then I need to press alt+ctrl+del to go to the task manager and shut it down. I tried everything but nothing helped. I have latest drivers, and latest directx, and I dont use any Antivirus or something like that. This is my computer: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz, Graphic Card: ATI Radeon HD4890 1GB OC Edition, RAM: 4GB DDR3. I tried to play on Medium with 1650x1050 resolution, but it's still same, I tried to put everything on low with same resolution, but that didnt help either. I apologize for my English, but please help me.

Arun:I would like to suggest you to please try given below steps:

Arun:1. Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys at the same time
Arun:2. Click the "Processes" tab.
Arun:3. Click on the gray bar in the middle column that says User Name to sort by user name.
Arun:4. Do NOT select anything for SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, or NETWORK SERVICE.
Arun:5. Click on anything besides EXPLORER and TASKMGR for this User Name or other user names.
Arun:6. Click on END PROCESS

Arun:I would like to suggest you please Delete Temporary Folder
Arun:1. Double click on "My Computer"
Arun:2. Double click on the C: drive
Arun:3. Double click on the "Windows" folder.
Arun:4. Double click on the "Temp" folder.
Arun:5. Hold the "CTRL" key and tap the "A" key to select all.
Arun:6. Tap the "Delete" key on your keyboard and accept the "Are you sure you want to delete these files" prompt.

Arun:I would suggest that you try running the game using admin access. For this right click on your game’s shortcut available on your desktop and chose the “Run as Administrator” option.

Arun:In order to best troubleshoot your issue, we will need additional system information. Please send us this information from a program called the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Arun:I would suggest that you try running your system using the Windows clean boot option. That way you would be able to locate any program that might be interfering with the game. The instructions for clean booting your operating system can be found at the below given link: -

Očajno, s tvoje strane, i još si bezobrazan na kraju. Napravio si sa svojim stavom te voljom da se našto napravi apsolutno sve da ti se NE pomogne kvalitetno. Sve info koji si pružio su sytem spec i zavijanje kako ti ne radi. Zamisli da ti moraš rješiti problem osobi sa stavom kakav je tvoj te takvom željom za suradnju.

 

To je prvo.

 

Drugo, customer ops ionako imaju limitirane mogucnosti u rjesavanju problema, to ti je valjda jasno, dalje, pored toga imaju troubleshooting manual cijih koraka se moraju drzati redom.

Obzirom da ti znas bolje te si odbio suradnju razgovor je zavrsio kako je zavrsio.

 

Dati cu ti jedan savjet, jer su ti ocigledno komunikacijske vjestine na razini pijane vjeverice, kad imas posla sa cust op-em bilo kakve vrste, budi strpljiv i surađuj makar u određenim momentima evidentno idu u krivom smjeru ili traže nešto šti si možda vec pokušao, objasnida ne pomaže, da si vec napravio, uradi nekad sto traze ponovo i strpljivo traži daljnje korake riješenja te budi UPORAN.

 

Ti si riješio problem onom iz chat log-a, tebe se riješio i prešao na drugog customera a tebi je problem ostao. Napravio si sve pogrešno.

PureEntity je u pravu , možda support piše kao da je pao s marsa al ne mogu drugačije riješit problem , iako si njemu u početku već rekao da si napravia par koraka koji je on od tebe kasnije ponovno tražio (jbg. i njima se to zna desit :S )...

nemaš pojma koliko im puno znači ako si uljudan i nabaciš kompliment  kako imaju težak posao i moraju pomagati ljutitim kupcima,mene je bila zezala aktivacija b2k i dok sam jeo pitu od jabuka rekao sam nekom indijcu da bi mu sad dao komad što mi je sredio problem i rekao je da mu to puno znači jer zbog takvih ljudi im je drago raditi.e sad nažalost za ovakve probleme imaju klasične trablšuting korake koji su nekad smiješni a pogotovo kad im kažemo da smo to več napravili.

moj savjet?

1.sve na default stavi od gpu i cpu ako si nečto dirao,tvoja je OC a bf3 ima problema sa tvorničkim OC grafama

2.reinstall drivera putem revo uninstalllera i install u safe modu

3.update PB napravi

4.repair files preko origina

5.provjeri firewall postavke

6.zadnja opcija reinstall winsa.

neznam za BF3,al sam imo sličan problem sa BC2,problem je bio u napajanju koje je prdnulo,inače jesi razmislio da jedan od onih trubleshooting koraka nisi dobro napravio?

Ok, komunikacijske vjestine su mi na razini prebijene mačke -.- , ali jesam li mu sve napisao u prvoj poruci, a on je kroz cijeli razgovor pravio problem i sebi i meni. Da je pročitao moju prvu poruku, mogli smo odmah preči na stvar...ali pošto nije... BTW Sve što su mi rekli pokušao sam. On je rekao da mi je provjerio dxdiag i da imam loše drivere, ja mu uporno govorim da imam zadnje drivere...

Za dvije predzadnje poruke jedino se kajem...ali i ti bi isto uradio da si u qurcu kao ja, da trazis pomoc 3 dana i nista ne pomaze...
